The city's books
A chip is a $TOWER the treasury holds for you, so the City Treasury page shows exactly that: the tokens held, the chips owed, and what is the house's own. It also shows where every business's takings went, the fees and the yield they bought, the wage pot that pays the city's workers every night, and every change to the economy's settings. Anyone can read it.

The books
Every chip has its $TOWER
Everything the treasury holds is one of three things: tokens owed to players (one for every chip), tokens set aside for what is promised, or the house's own.
- Chips owed to playersOne $TOWER for every chip anyone holds or is due
- Set asidePromised and not paid yet: yield, wages, contracts, dividends

Trading fees
The fees, and the yield they buy
The other thing the page follows: the fee buy, the $TOWER it bought for the towers and the workers, and the part of the fees kept.
The wage pot
Each hour's pool, two ways
Section 5 of the page draws it: every hour the hour's pool is split. The lit towers take theirs that hour; the wage pot takes its share and pays it out every night to the players who worked.
01This hour's pool
A slice of the yield pool, paid out every hour. The page shows its size.02The wage pot's share
10% of it goes to the wage pot first. The rest goes to the lit towers that hour.03The wage pot
It fills all day, hour by hour. The page shows what it holds now, under the books' Set aside too.04Paid every night
After midnight UTC the day's pot is split between the players who worked that day, by their work shares, and paid in chips. The page shows the last 24 hours' wages.
How a run earns its share, and what a day can take: daily wages.
Reading it
The page, top to bottom
Six sections, in the order the page shows them. Every number on it carries a sentence saying what it is, and a figure the game doesn't publish yet is a dash, never a guess.
- 1The books
A plain word on how the books stand, with a notice first if anything needs attention. Then the four figures (the $TOWER held, the chips owed to players, what is set aside, the house's own), the same as one bar and one sum, the wallets (each address checkable on chain), and every line of what is owed and set aside.
- 2In and out
Where the companies' takings went, drawn as a flow, and every line in and out of the treasury over a day or a week.
- 3Each company
Side by side: what each business took, and its split into contracts, shareholders and the treasury.
- 4Players and the treasury
Of what the companies took, what went to players (contracts and dividends) against what the treasury kept, day by day over the last 30 days.
- 5Fees, the yield pool and the wage pot
The yield pool, this hour's pool, what was paid as yield in the last day and the fees kept. Then each hour's pool two ways: the towers' share, paid that hour, and the wage pot's share, into the wage pot and paid every night to the players who worked that day. Then the rules the pool is paid under, each with today's number.
- 6Economy settings on notice
Every change to one of the economy's settings, with the old value, the new one, and when it applies. Under it, City Works: anything paid from the fees to City Works. When that is off, the card says so.
Why it's public
Every change is on the record
The economy's settings (the share of fees that buys yield, the pool, wages, dividends, contracts, the casino's limits) can be retuned. Every change to one is listed on the page, under Economy settings on notice: the setting, its old value and its new one.
01Published
While a notice period is set, a change shows under Pending first: the rule, its old value, its new one, and when it applies.02On notice
It waits out the notice period the page names.03Applied
Then it moves to Recently applied, with the time it took effect.
