The city

The map and its places

Every tower in Stonk City is a real wallet, and the map shows them all, with the landmarks between them and the players out on the streets. It works on any screen.

  • Works on a phone too

Who is out

People on the map

Everyone out on the streets shows as a head, roughly where they are. Click one to see who it is and what they're doing, with Add friend.

  • Your friends are bigger, gold, starred and always named.
  • Everyone else is pink. Zoom in close and their names show too.
  • Under a head: the car, plane or helicopter they're in, seen from above and turned the way they're heading. Flyers show their height.
  • Inside the casino, the club, the Speedway or the Exchange, friends gather at its door: "at the casino".
  • Crews: two or more of a crew rolling close together show as one marker, "[TAG] Name · 3 together", on the block they're in, never on a member. Your own crew-mates show in your crew's colour. Crews on the map.
Friends in gold with a star (the ringed one is being tracked), everyone else in pink. A car, a plane or a helicopter under a head is what they are in, turned the way they are going.

Day and night

A day in Stonk City

The city's light follows your own clock, and the cars and people on the streets are the same for everyone.

Your own clock decides the light: noon is bright, and by nine in the evening the lamps are on. About one three-hour stretch in seven brings rain.
