Play ball, hit the ice
Stonk Courts and Stonk Rink are free to walk into and free to play. Beat your friends' scores, win a medal, and put your name on the board. They count for your Play daily, too.

Stonk Courts
Basketball
Two streetball courts behind a chain-link fence, floodlights and a scoreboard. Walk onto the court and a ball is in your hands.
- Shooting is physics. No dice: timing decides how deep the ball flies, the aim how far across. It can swish, roll in off the rim, bank in, or rattle out.
- Charging plants you and turns the camera to the hoop. Walk off the court and the charge is cancelled.
- Anyone can shoot at any hoop at once: you see your own ball solid and everyone else's lighter, so there's never a queue.
- Solo
Money Ball
E at a hoop. Money Ball: 60 seconds, five racks of five round the arc, the last ball of each rack worth two. 30 is perfect, and today's best is King of the Court on the scoreboard.
- Free
1-v-1 dare
E next to another player on the court dares them. Same racks, same timing, side by side, each score live. One tap for a rematch.
Free shoot
Shoot around with no clock and no score. The sports park's half court works the same way.
- Hold to gather, let go in the greenSpace

Stonk Rink
Skating
A Rockefeller-sized rink with string lights. Step onto the ice and you're on skates, whatever shoes you have on.
- Push on the beat. A push half a second after the last is perfect, and perfect pushes in a row build flow. Push too soon and you stumble. Hold W to stride by itself, a little slower.
- Lean to carve. Tap a lean for a safe turn; hold it to lean deeper, and the balance meter starts to fill.
- Balance. Past the line you wobble: tap the other way to catch it, or go down for a few seconds. Creeping round slowly, you can't fall.
- Push: tap on the tick, or holdW
- Lean: tap for a safe carve, hold to dig inAD

Hockey
A stick, a puck and two goals, in the style of a physics hockey game: no shoot button, no puck glue. You turn with the mouse, your stick turns with you, and you sweep the blade into the puck.

Open ice
Everyone on the ice with a stick shares one puck. Score on anyone.
Practise alone
The ice to yourself, your puck at your stick whenever you press Q.
Bots
1v1, 2v2 or 3v3 against bots that play like people, on your own screen.
- 1v1 to 3v3
Matches
Quick play, or a lobby of your own (public, or by a four-letter code) with friends, bots in any empty seat, all from the Hockey app. Three minutes, a face-off after every goal, five goals ends it, and a minute of sudden death on a tie.
- Computer
Needs a mouse
Hockey is played with the mouse locked to the game. Esc frees it and the game keeps going: a small bar shows Click the ice to play, Leave the rink and Back to the map. Skating off through the gap leaves the rink too.
Medals
Bronze, silver, gold
A medal is a line you cross, never a share of your score: a perfect run earns the gold and no more.
- Bronze12 points
- Silver18 points
- Gold24 points
Ten days with a gold earn the Golden Ball to carry, and a court trophy for your tower's roof.
Today's medal lines.
Arcade Island
Island Games
A small island in the bay, over the wooden footbridge from the Boardwalk's beach, with a stage and a big screen. Island Games is played from that screen: a party match of quick games against whoever is in.
The games: MeltdownHeads UpTake CoverJump the LineSnowball FightHog JoustTrailsKing of the RingRound-UpSky BounceLand GrabRing RushRooftop Rumble
01Open it
Stand facing the island's screen and press E, or open the Arcade app on your phone from anywhere.02Find a game
Quick play puts you in an open free game, or makes one. Or join one from the list, or make a lobby of your own and share its four-letter code.03The host starts it
Nothing starts by itself. The host picks how many seats the match has, and whether bots fill the empty ones.04Play, then back
The match plays on a page of its own. After the podium you're back on the island, where you stood.
Six rounds, each a different small game: outlast the others, score the most, or win the race. Each round's card says what to do, and every key that does something in it is listed along the bottom of the screen (a slap, a throw, a punch on the mouse).
Out of a round? You watch the players still in it until the next one starts.
Island Games is played with a keyboard and a mouse, on a computer.

Playing for a wager
- The wager is the host's to set, one of a few round dollar amounts, from $0.10 to $250, paid in chips at the day's price. Everyone who joins puts in the same, and is shown the price, the pot and the prizes before a chip moves. Never Bonus chips.
- 3 people to start. Bots can fill the other seats: they put nothing in and take nothing out.
- The city keeps 10% of the pot. The rest goes to the best of the people who stayed: all of it to the winner with 3; 70 / 30 with 4 or 5; 60 / 30 / 10 with 6 to 8.
- Gone for more than 30 seconds and you've forfeited: your wager stays in the pot. A match that can't be played out gives every wager back, whole.
- The casino's gate applies: your age confirmed, no break running, and a wager counts toward your daily loss limit.
Nights out
The bar and the club
Two more places to go, both behind the casino's door.

The bar
On the casino floor and in the club: made-up drinks and snacks for a few chips. Your drink shows in your hand for the whole room.

The Velvet Pole
The club next door: dancers on stage, tips, and the bar. Open whenever the casino is.
